Returns

At Mosaic Moon, our customer's happiness is our top priority. However, we understand there may be times an order needs to be returned. Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding any issues with your order. We can be reached through our "Contact Us" tab or through Instagram and Facebook. 

Online purchases are eligible for full refund if returned within 15 business days of delivery. Eligibility requirements include the item to be UNWORN, with tags attached, and in same condition as sent. We have the right to deny refund of any item that does not meet these eligibility requirements. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
